Shipping

Shipping will be charged on purchases of less than $75. Call or e-mail for shipping quote on case orders or large products.

Returns

H & H Horse merchandise has a 100% guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with any item, or if it was damaged during shipment, we will be happy to exchange, substitute or issue a refund. Please notify our customer service department at info@HandHHorse.com or call toll free 1.877.380.4949 (Hours: M-F 8AM to 5PM EST).

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 30 days of the notification. This refund will be given once we have received the item(s). All returns made within 30 days are subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the price paid for the item. All returns made after 30 days, will be charged a 30% restocking fee.

Delivery

All orders are shipped within 3 business days. Please include your phone number or email address so we may inform you of any unexpected delays.

Next day delivery is available upon request for an extra charge.

Weekend orders are shipped during business days.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for back order and custom items.

UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal check or money order. If you pay by check, please allow time for check to clear.

Tracking Orders

Once your order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the given email address from your order. This email will include your invoice and tracking information.
